These Terms and Conditions govern your use of services provided by Shanna’s Secret Wellness, operated by The French Empire LLC. They are designed to ensure clarity, transparency, and a seamless experience from planning to completion.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Services
We provide concierge services focused on arranging and coordinating wellness travel experiences in France. Our role is to manage planning, logistics, and communication. We do not provide medical services or treatment.
2. Independent Providers
All wellness programs, accommodations, transportation services, and related experiences are delivered by independent third-party providers. We do not own or operate these services and are not responsible for their acts, omissions, or performance.
3. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for ensuring all personal requirements for travel and participation are met. This includes securing valid travel documents such as passports and visas if applicable, arranging flights unless otherwise agreed, obtaining travel insurance, and consulting with appropriate healthcare professionals prior to participation.
4. Payments
All fees for concierge services will be clearly communicated prior to engagement. Payment confirms acceptance of the proposed services. Certain payments may be non-refundable depending on the stage of planning and commitments made with third-party providers.
5. Cancellations & Refund Policy
- Third-Party Services
Refunds related to thermal programs, accommodations, transportation, and other services are subject to the policies of the respective providers. These may include:
- More than 60 days before the start date: full refund
- 60 to 31 days before the start date: refund minus a 25% penalty
-30 to 8 days before the start date: refund minus a 50% penalty
- 7 days or less before the start date, or no-show: no refund
Applicable conditions will always be communicated prior to booking.
- Concierge & Coordination Fees
Concierge and coordination fees reflect the time, expertise, and personalized planning required to organize your experience. As these services are performed in advance and on an ongoing basis, these fees are non-refundable once planning has begun.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The French Empire LLC shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience arising from participation in wellness programs, travel disruptions, or the actions of third-party providers.

Over and above the noticeable physical and mental benefits one enjoys after a detox, such as weight loss, glowing skin, mental clarity, and abundant energy, there are several scientifically proven shifts that occur within your body as well. By engaging in our services, you acknowledge that travel and participation in wellness activities involve inherent risks. You voluntarily assume full responsibility for any such risks.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
