Every journey begins with a private consultation designed to introduce the experience and answer any questions you may have before making a commitment.
This initial exchange allows you to better understand the rhythm of a thermal stay, ask questions comfortably, and explore the experience before making any commitments.
Before France, Everything Is Put in Place
Physician Consultation
Before departure, we arrange a private video consultation with a licensed thermal physician affiliated with your selected establishment in France. You can discuss your health history, current concerns, medications, and wellness goals, while learning what to expect from the physician-supervised thermal program.
Your Stay & Travel Arrangements
We coordinate your accommodations, airport reception, transfer to Vichy, and selected travel arrangements. You also receive practical guidance on what to pack, appropriate clothing for thermal sessions, facility essentials, daily pacing, and preparing for your stay.
Bilingual Coordination
We help organize the information required by the thermal establishment, facilitate communication in French when needed, coordinate appointments and pre-arrival details, and make sure you know where to go, what has been arranged, and what to expect when you arrive.
How The Days Unfold
You arrive, settle in, and meet with the thermal physician. Your program begins after your consultation and prescription.
Treatments at the thermal establishment — baths, showers, mud, pool sessions, or other treatments according to your prescription.
Lunch, then time to rest. Or take a walk through Vichy and enjoy the parks.
The afternoon is yours — rest, explore Vichy, enjoy a wellness treatment, or join one of the experiences we have arranged.
The physician follows your progress and can adjust your treatments when needed.
